**1. Introduction**
1.1. The photo competition ("Competition") is organised and administered by Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle and is open to all customers who own our product and participate in the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any other rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer.
**2. Eligibility**
2.1. The Competition is open to all customers of Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, representatives, agents, and their immediate family members of Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2.3. By submitting a photo entry, participants warrant that they are the sole owners and creators of the submitted photo and hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the use of the photo in this Competition.
**3. How to Enter**
3.1. The Competition will run from 21/7/2022 to 31/11/23 with the end date being the end of the wakeboard season on 31/10/2023.
3.2. To enter the Competition, participants must submit a photo of our product on their boat via [specific submission method, emailing info@galaxyleisureandlifestyle.com or sending you photo over Whats App on 07392 449563(don't forget you name and number) during the Entry Period.
3.3. Each participant may submit as many photos to the Competition.
3.4. By entering the Competition, participants grant Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the submitted photos for promotional purposes related to the Competition, Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle's products, and future marketing and promotions.
**4. Photo Selection and Prizes**
4.1. After the Entry Period, Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle will review all eligible entries and select the top 20 photos based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
4.2. The top 20 photos will be announced on Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle's website and social media channels.
4.3. The prizes will be randomly selected from a hat, and each of the top 20 selected entrants will receive one prize.
4.4. The prize winners will be notified via email or direct message on social media within 30 after the end of the Entry Period.
4.5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
**5. Use of Photos**
5.1. By submitting a photo to the Competition, participants acknowledge and agree that Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle may use the submitted photos in future marketing and promotional materials without further compensation or notice.
**6. General Conditions**
6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the Competition in any way.
6.2. The Organiser's decision on all matters related to the Competition, including the selection of winners, will be final and binding.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.4. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Galaxy Leisure and Lifestyle, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Competition.
6.5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom , and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
