1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are eligible for free UK next working day delivery.
2. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and courier service availability.
4. T-top Towers 1-3 Days We aim to for next day, but can be a little longer due to size.
Europe and rest of the world
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please be aware that if you are placing an order from outside the UK, you will be accountable for paying taxes and duties at the border. It is essential that you conduct comprehensive research beforehand to ensure you are fully prepared and to avoid any unforeseen fees or delays.
Please note with Brexit all charges for Customs and VAT to Europe will be covered by the customer. You will be contacted via the courier when the parcel arrives in your country and you will be responsible for the cost of any of these extra costs incurred to receive the goods.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. If you have a query on any aspect of shipping, please get in touch.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
International returns will not be accepted.
